  • Every business is unique and our pricing reflects that. Factors like transaction volume, the number of bank accounts open, what assets the business owns, HST/GST and Payroll requirements all influence the final quote. The range gives you transparency while allowing us to tailor a fair, fixed price after review.

  • HST/GST tracking is included in the bookkeeping scope, but actual preparation and filing are offered as an add-on. This allows you to choose what services you need without paying for items that don’t apply to your business.

  • Payroll is an add-on service and is priced separately based on the number of employees and your filing frequency. This ensures pricing is fair and scalable no matter your payroll complexity.

  • Yes, catch-up or cleanup work is scoped and quoted separately based on the level of reconciliation required. After an initial review of your records, we’ll provide a clear estimate for any catch-up work.
